Wonderful Stay, Attentive Staff!
really good service helpful tips smooth visit amazing value
I appreciated Wagner's really good service. He answered every question patiently. He even drove us in the hotel car and offered helpful tips about local attractions. The reception staff also provided assistance whenever needed. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It offered a very amazing value.

Really good Help and Great Staff
valet parking rental car rooftop bar amazing service
Kiti assisted us with a flat tire on our rental car. He contacted roadside service to tow the van to Avis. This allowed us to leave for our cruise. The rooftop bar offered some surprising drinks. I enjoyed my experience there. Breakfast was also great with an amazing service from Kitti and Daniel.
The air conditioning unit made noise and the room smelled of cannabis. I reported it to reception and staff installed a UV ozone generator. These devices should not be used in a small space.

The King Room included comfortable bedding and a clean interior. A sensor light was placed under the bed. It helped when navigating to the restroom during the night.

The hotel has parking available within the building. A free shuttle to Canada Place is available . Luggage storage is provided after checkout for travel convenience. I found it to be quite helpful.

The staff was helpful and courteous throughout the stay. The receptionists were very kind and assisted with ordering a taxi to the airport. Daniel was attentive and provided tips for enjoying the trip.

mixed feelings about my stay.
loud air conditioning inadequate curtains
the valet service was a nice touch.
the room's air conditioning was very LOUD. i had to choose between being cold or listening to it all night. also, the curtains did not block out the light well enough, so it was hard to sleep.

Charming Stay with Excellent Amenities
well-lit work area l'occitane products panoramic view prompt arrangement
The king room offered ample space, with a well-lit work area. I found the bathroom stocked with L'Occitane products, a very nice touch. The rooftop restaurant provided amazing panoramic views. The staff promptly arranged a taxi for my early morning departure.
The security deposit took a few days to be returned to my card.

The rooftop restaurant offered amazing views while I enjoyed my meal. It was nice. The market and cafe across the street made getting coffee and pastries convenient each morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful, too.

The hotel is within walking distance to several attractions and restaurants. Granville Island and car rentals were also conveniently accessible on foot. I found its proximity to key points of interest great.

efficient check-in convenient location tesla car
The check-in process was notably efficient. i found the location very convenient, as it was a short walk to various attractions. i appreciated the tesla car service offered. It made getting to dinner easier (i enjoyed it).
The sink in the bathroom drained rather slowly. That was slightly annoying.
